Setmemore processes data for business owners, staff, and customers who book appointments through the platform.

What data is collected

Account details such as name, email address, and encrypted password
Business profile details, booking page content, and scheduling settings
Booking details such as customer name, email, phone number, service, provider, and appointment time
Payment records created through Stripe
Support messages and basic analytics events inside the product

Why data is used

To create and manage bookings
To send confirmations, reminders, and support replies
To protect account security and prevent abuse
To provide analytics and business reporting inside the dashboard

Processors and third parties

Depending on configuration, Setmemore may use Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Google Calendar for scheduling sync, and an SMS delivery provider for reminders.

Data rights

Business owners should be able to request data export, correction, or deletion. Until a full self-service workflow is added, privacy requests should be handled manually through the contact details on the Contact page.
